Two chill-out areas with sofas invite you to relax with a cocktail at sunset, while the outdoor dining areas and barbecue zone create the perfect space to share memorable moments.
On the first floor, you'll find three en-suite bedrooms with queen beds, Smart TVs, and spacious wardrobes; two open to an interior patio with a table, and the third provides access to the main terrace. Each bathroom features a walk-in shower, towels, and a hairdryer, with one also offering a bathtub. This floor also includes a spacious living-dining room with sofas, smart TV and speaker, desk, and a fully equipped American-style kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, freezer, and recycling bin. The kitchen also includes an extra storage area for dishes, cookware, and basic utensils—all provided.
On the second floor, you’ll find a second kitchen with a breakfast bar, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. From this area, you can access a charming terrace with outdoor dining and a chill-out area boasting direct sea views. This floor also features a cozy lounge with fireplace and dining table.
The two bedrooms on this level are thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. The second bedroom, of open-plan style, also features a double bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, and views of the pool.
The two bathrooms on this floor are fully equipped. One features a hydromassage bathtub positioned toward a large window, allowing you to soak while enjoying magnificent sea views. It also includes a walk-in shower, towels, and a hairdryer. The second bathroom offers a comfortable shower and all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

On the top floor, Villa Océano offers a studio-style space specially designed for privacy, comfort, and unparalleled views. It features a double bed, sofa, TV, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, and essential cookware, as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower. Surrounded by large windows, the sea is visible from every angle. This floor also includes two private balconies with spectacular views of the Mediterranean horizon.
The villa also includes a private parking space with room for three cars. It comes with high-speed WiFi, air conditioning throughout the property, bed linen and towels, and a storage and laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities in the basement.
For your safety, the property complies with all current legal regulations and includes a smoke detector in the kitchen, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
